Privacy Policy
Last updated 19 October 2026 · Early access
This policy explains what PulsePilots (run by Automatorr) collects, why, and the choices you have. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed version of your password (we can never see the password itself).
- What you create: posts, schedules, media, videos, brand profile, reports and settings.
- Connected services: sign-in tokens for the social networks, blogs and AI providers you connect, and any API keys you enter. These are stored encrypted.
- Activity from networks: metrics, comments, messages and public posts that PulsePilots fetches for the features you turn on (e.g. analytics, inbox, social listening).
- Technical data: your IP address, browser and time zone - used for security, rate limits and showing times correctly.
How we use it
Only to run PulsePilots for you: publishing and scheduling, analytics, listening, AI features, keeping your account secure and contacting you about your account. We don't sell your data and we don't use your content to train AI models.
Who it's shared with
- The social networks, blogs and AI providers you connect, when you ask PulsePilots to use them.
- PulsePilots AI runs on Microsoft Azure AI; prompts are processed to give you an answer and are not stored by us.
- Our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure, Australia East region) and Microsoft 365 for emails.
- People in your workspace: if you invite teammates, they can see the workspace's content according to the access you give them.
- When you choose a password we check it against known breached passwords using Have I Been Pwned; only the first 5 characters of a one-way hash are sent, never your password.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Secrets are encrypted at rest with keys kept separately from your data. Each account's data is kept apart from every other account's. We keep your data while your account exists; deleting your account removes it from our servers straight away, and from our backup copies within 7 days.
Your choices
You can view and edit your data in the app, disconnect any network, export reports, and delete your account at any time. To ask for a copy of your data or a correction, or to make a complaint, use our contact page. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
