Terms of Service
Last updated 19 October 2026 · Early access
These terms are an agreement between you and Automatorr ("we", "us"), which runs PulsePilots at pulsepilots.com. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Early access
PulsePilots is in early access. Features may change, and we may need to pause or stop parts of the service. We work hard to keep it reliable, but it is provided "as is" and we can't guarantee that every scheduled post or automation will run.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. Keep your password secret; you're responsible for activity in your account.
- Tell us straight away through our contact page if you think someone else has accessed it.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account & security.
3. Your content and connected accounts
You own what you create and publish. You give us permission to store and process it only to run PulsePilots for you - for example to publish a post to the networks you choose, at the time you choose. When you connect a social network, blog or AI provider, you authorise PulsePilots to act on that account as you instruct, and you must follow that network's own rules.
4. Teams
You can invite other people to your workspace with Full access, Edits only or Read only access. Everyone you invite can see the workspace's content, and depending on their access can change it or act on your connected accounts. You're responsible for who you invite; you can change their access or remove them at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use PulsePilots for spam, harassment, misleading or illegal content, to infringe others' rights, to impersonate anyone, or to attack or overload our systems or anyone else's. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. AI features
AI-generated text, images and videos can be inaccurate. Review everything before you publish it - you're responsible for what you post. PulsePilots AI has daily usage limits; when you connect your own AI provider, that provider's terms and charges apply.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party networks or providers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll tell you about important changes by email or in the app. Questions? Contact us.
